TRAINING IN THORNEY MEDICAL PRACTICE

The Practice is actively involved in the training of GP registrars — qualified doctors who wish to enter general practice.

Our current Registrar is Dr Anil Nair             

2 of the partners are approved as trainers;  we expect to have 2 registrars (and possibly other doctors in the early years of their training) working with us in the future.

The Practice forms part of the Peterborough Vocational Training Scheme, based at Peterborough NHS Hospitals Trust

Training in the region comes under the auspices of the Eastern Deanery, based at Cambridge
