The Practice is actively involved in the training of GP registrars - fully qualified doctors who are training to become GPs.
Dr Simon Richards, Dr Rob Houghton and Dr Rupsha Ray are approved as trainers.
You may be offered appointments with the registrar and we hope that you will feel able to support and assist them in their training. If you wish to see a different doctor, please ask a receptionist who will arrange it for you.
From time to time, a registrar may ask to video a consultation. This forms a really useful part of the training and videos will be used only for training purposes (and only with your consent). If you do not wish to have a consultation recorded, please tell the receptionist.
The Practice forms part of the Peterborough Vocational Training Scheme, based at Peterborough NHS Hospitals Trust.
Training in the region comes under the auspices of the Eastern Deanery, based at Cambridge.
