As part of the Quality and Outcomes Framework for General Practice,
the Department of Health is running a quarterly survey of patients,
by postal questionnaire.
You may be asked to complete the survey about Thorney Medical
Practice with questions particularly referring to how easy it is to
access the services within the practice.
The practice is judged according to patients' satisfaction with the
access to services and rewarded accordingly.
The practice feel that it is perfectly right that patients should
have a say in how their practice is serving them. We also feel that
we should have the ability to respond to patients' concerns directly
so that we can adapt our procedures to benefit all patients.
If you are asked to complete one of these surveys, then we would
request that you discuss any concerns with a member of the practice
staff, so that we can take steps to address them and improve our
service to all patients.
The results of the 2012/2013 Survey can be found
