Monday morning doctors' appointments are not bookable in advance.

An EXTENDED HOURS clinic is held from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Mondays, at Eye Medical Centre.

It is intended that this service is provided for those patients whose work commitments prevent them from making appointments in the day time.

This late service is bookable up to 2 weeks in advance, as with other sessions some appointments are saved for the day.

The Surgery is closed on Saturdays - all out of hours care is accessed via the new 111 service. Click here for more information about 111.

This number will be answered by trained call handlers who will direct you to the most appropriate and suitable service.

In 2007, the surgery was extended to provide 3 new consulting rooms. This was made possible by a grant from the Harry Cureton Charitable Trust
