Practice Survey

The practice undertook a survey of patients views during the months of November and December.

The patients were selected randomly from those attending for appointments.

The practice has undertaken to act positively on the results of the survey which are available here.

As a result of the views expressed in the survey, the practice has decided to extend the opening hours of the practice, so that the phones will be answered from 0800 am. Additionally, more appointments will be pre-bookable - from 08.30 to 09.00 daily.

These changes will take effect from after Easter 2007
